The staff provided a super cute service. I observed that the breakfast food was really good. I also noted the convenient location with a short taxi ride to the city center.
The indoor pool and play area were unavailable after 8:00 pm. I found this to be a significant limitation. The room also seemed dirty. I observed leftover items from previous guests in the bathroom.

The staffs was very friendly and helpful with any questions I have. The hotel provide free shuttle service to the beach and big shopping centers. I was able to visit many attractions thanks to this service.
My room had a strange smell. The air conditioner was not working so well. The room temperature was very warm.

the staff were very cute.
I stayed for several nights, but housekeeping was inconsistent. sometimes the room was cleaned thoroughly, other times it was just a quick tidy. one day, they forgot to replace the towels altogether. This was quite inconvenient!

Acceptable stay, but some issues need attention

The staff at reception were very friendly. I appreciated their assistance upon arrival.
The room I received was not up to standard. The air conditioning was weak and failed to cool the room adequately. The curtains also failed to block the sunlight, a major inconvenience that disrupted my sleep pattern significantly.

the breakfast had a range of selection to fulfill any appetite.
I found eyelashes on the floor and the carpet was not properly cleaned. other guests' clothes were behind the sofa bed. the mattress on the sofa bed was thin and uncomfortable. It was hardly a luxurious experience.

the staff was very attentive and helpful. they upgraded my room to a premium suite, and i really appreciated that. the suite itself was spacious and well-equipped and included airport shuttle, very convenient for my early morning flight.
The thermostat in my suite was not working properly, so the temperature was difficult to regulate. That was my only discomfort.

The hotel has convenient access to pharmacies and supermarkets. several restaurants are nearby. it is close to the airport and a short distance to the metro station. That allows easy access to central areas.

The premium suite included a comfortable bed and a modern interior design, we loved the mini bar. the room provides excellent speed for the internet signal. All required devices are available.
